Aileen Mills' speech

To listen to Aileen's speech, turn on the volume on your computer and click on the link. There might be a short delay before it starts. This was the speech that she recorded for our 2006 dinner when Aileen (widow of Headmaster H J Mills) was 95 years old and registered blind - it is a magnificent piece of oratory for one of that age. One can certainly tell that she was a radio voice in her time ("Dot" of the Luscombes). Sadly, Aileen passed away in 2007.
